Who are we looking for
We are looking for an exceptional and driven Sales Support Assistant. As Sales Support Assistant, you are responsible for managing and prioritizing requests from the Enterprise Account Executives, and ensuring that all reporting and correspondence is completed in a timely, accurate and professional manner.

What to expect in the position
You'll work closely with various groups, including Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Pre Sales, to communicate to assist by remaining an available point of contact to answer questions, assist with tasks, and monitor time sensitive dependencies. Collaborate with Global Sales Director to assist Sales Team with managing RFX dependencies.
• Track/monitor all projects/activities and review them for process compliance.
• Collaborate with the Director to assist Sales Team with managing Sales Proposals and Service Quote dependency inputs/outputs from Marketing (SaaS), Legal, Development (Customization & Integration), Services (Work Orders), Operations, and Pre-Sales (technical).
• Collaborate with the Director to assist with Forecasting against In-Contact.
• Review and approve all product and service quotes for correctness prior to issuing.
• Update all assignments in In-Contact (projects and activities).
• Create Work Orders/Quotes/Proposals for EAE's if/when needed.
• Collaborate with the Director to assist (when required as a back-up) with distributing sales leads as needed.
• Assist Director with expense submissions.
• Collaborate with Paralegal/Inside Counsel on a daily basis to receive updates/necessary action items on dependencies pending legal review.
• Act as Meeting Coordinator for (twice) weekly transfer of knowledge meetings.
• Collaborate to create agendas for Bi-Weekly Sales Meeting and act as Meeting Coordinator.
• Schedule quarterly 1-on-1 meetings to review the Forecast and maintain project accuracy within In-Contact.
• Load and prepare Post-Sales Projects for EAE's for (twice) weekly Transfer of knowledge meetings.
• Effectively communicate with external and internal clients.

What we expect from you
• Experience providing support to 4 or more associates
• 3+ years administrative experience, preferably in a sales environment
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Experience interacting with both internal and external customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service focus
• Demonstrate drive and initiative to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, customer focused environment
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to accomplish team goals
• Excellent planning and organization skills
• Ability to interact in a professional manner with all levels of the organization
