Who are We Looking For

EtQ is looking for a Manager of Sales Operations to ensure the efficient, successful and passionate delivery of services to customers in the spirit of driving company-wide growth. In addition to hands-on project and initiative management, the Manager of Sales and Business Operations will coordinate the collaboration of cross-functional resources to improve internal processes and continue building a scalable, revenue-generating business.

What to expect in the position

  • Define critical sales KPIs and measurement systems
  • Work directly with sales directors to achieve sales goals by providing timely sales analytics including pipeline analysis, forecasting and sales results.
  • Ensure that all proposals, projects and contracts across all the company's activities are managed in a timely fashion to maximize income and profit for the company as a whole
  • Leadership and development of the sales operations team, working closely with the other units to deliver business growth
  • Work closely with the Director of Marketing to ensure productive working relationships among revenue-focused groups
  • Identify and develop areas for growth from existing projects, leading the company's development
  • Work with internal front and back office departments throughout each selling quarter to resolve open items and close deals ensuring all necessary paperwork is in place prior to deal closure.
  • Assist sales team with deal structuring to ensure best value for the company while maximizing quota attainment
  • Oversee day-to-day management of resulting and existing projects
  • Participate in weekly, quarterly and annual sales planning by preparing and supporting the delivery of specific sales coverage and forecasting analytics.
  • Identify and report external factors that may impact company's business development and delivery activities
  • Work directly with sales team to identify problem areas and pain points within the organization, identifying stakeholders to solve and improve these pain
  • Pro-actively identify issues and solutions to make business flow better for the sales teams. Works on problems of moderate to complex scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
  • Continuously review the function's performance and monitor external benchmarks to maintain a continuous improvement philosophy
  • Implement programs to ensure attainment of business plan for growth and profit

 

What you need to succeed

  • Extensive experience working within a Global Enterprise Software Solutions organization required
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing business strategies
  • Experienced in writing effective reports and business plans
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal communication, analytical, and logical skills with proven ability to clearly communicate thoughts and ideas in person, over the telephone, and in written correspondence.
  • Strong leadership and decision making skills are necessary, coupled with the ability to be a strategic thinker, as well as being a leader in promoting positive messages regarding change in support of organization objectives
  • PowerPoint, Excel and CRM skills are essential
  • Broad knowledge of Quality Management and ISO standards is a plus
