Who are We Looking For

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join to manage our Software Implementation Projects. If you are a driven individual that is able to combine creative and industry-leading concepts, then this is the job for you! 

What to Expect in the Role

  • Coordinate internal resources for flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

What We Expect From You

  • BA/BS required
  • PMP Certification is required
  • 5 years minimum experience
  • Proven background in managing, creating, and changing internal processes
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Capable of developing highly effective, targeted plans for building a roadmap for projects
  • Demonstrate ability to multi-task, set and manage expectations in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and focus on quality output
  • Self-starter with proven ability to deliver results Ability to travel 10-20%
