Who are We Looking For

We are looking to hire an Inside Account Executive to support our organization's continued growth! We are seeking high energy, ambitious to assist in building new customer relationships and growing existing accounts, with most of that exposure happening over the phone

What to expect in this role

  • Respond to and set up Partner Free Trial Requests according to the Free Trial Process.
  • Research partner leads on internet and qualify.
  • Track all activities by updating CRM daily.
  • Enter partner leads into CRM system.
  • Perform follow up by phone or email on Partner Free Trials and leads.
  • Perform live demos for prospects / trial users.
  • Initiate and complete partner onboarding and certification.
  • Provide assistance for prospects during trial.
  • Follow up with customers to promote partner program and upsell.
  • Post expiration, remove partner free trials.
  • Respond to incoming emails and email inquiries from prospects and customers to answer technical questions.

What you will need to succeed

  • Experience creating and managing relationships with customers
  • Experience selling software solutions preferably to companies in the Lifesciences, General Manufacturing, Food & Beverages, Aviation, government and EH&S industries
  • Bachelor's Degree, in a relevant field of study is a plus.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, self-directed, entrepreneurial environment
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, analytical, and logical skills.
  • Ability to clearly communicate thoughts and ideas over the telephone and in written correspondence
  • Demonstrated knowledge of any of the following vertical markets: Lifesciences, General Manufacturing, Food & Beverages, Aviation and EH&S markets including sales within or to such companies
  • Understanding of basic Quality and/or EH&S principals including topics such as GxP, 21 CFR Part 11.Ability, and Sustainability are a plus 
  • Able to manage time effectively and stay organized
  • Able to multi-task in a collaborative environment with shifting priorities
  • Well versed in Windows and Internet technologies
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Office
  • Experience with CRM software tools
