We are looking for a curious but focused individual who is passionate about driving positive change within the business.

You will be a key member of ETQ's Global Sales Operations team, reporting directly to the Director of Sales Operations. The Sales Ops team works closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, and other Executive Management, to enable efficient and effective decision making as well as to create quality operational excellence through the organization's journey of rapid growth.

What to expect

  • Drive pipeline velocity by increasing sales effectiveness and improving sales productivity
  • Develop and implement short, medium and long-term plans that align with corporate objectives and lead to achievement of sales goals
  • Align and distribute information and insights about prospects, customers, sales activities and assets that improve sales performance
  • Create, automate, govern, measure and improve sales execution processes
  • Deliver sales support and administrative activities to shorten sales cycles
  • Design and support sales opportunity related activities that result in higher win rates and increased profitability
  • Discover, select and help implement sales technologies that deliver user and business value
  • Plan, execute and oversee projects that improve sales performance, reduce administrative burden and/or improve profitability
  • Drive behavioral changes with the sales force to maximize selling results and overall productivity
  • Identify and develop sales best practices documentation and training for the sales team around sales pipeline development
  • Work cross-functionally with our partners in Finance, Marketing, IT and Customer Success to support business initiatives
  • Independently manage your progress toward agreed upon milestones and deliverables with a high degree of accountability
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis for leadership and executive teams

What you need to succeed

  • 4+ years of relevant Sales Operations or Sales experience in Software or High-Tech organizations
  • In-depth understanding of Sales Operations business practices for sales processes and systems
  • Must have extensive experience (Salesforce Admin is a plus)
  • High level of comfort building reports and dashboards within
  • Enhanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ, InsightSquared and DataFox are a plus
  • Demonstrated written and verbal presentation skills to present insights and compelling recommendations to a diverse and often senior audience
  • Ability to drive change through collaboration and influence across multiple stakeholders with varied perspectives
  • Thrive in a highly visible role
  • Flexibility to wear multiple hats and switch gears quickly
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
