Who we are looking for

We are building a world class marketing team in our Burlington, MA headquarters. We are currently looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to help us in our marketing efforts.

What to expect

Build an industry-leading marketing execution engine. Create and implement processes, technology, and tracking capabilities that maximize the productivity of marketing programs, enable the marketing team to make decisions that improve demand generation, and inform thought leadership. You will achieve this by having full ownership of all marketing technologies including HubSpot, Drift, our Webinar platform, Salesforce (CRM) campaigns and integrations, Google Adwords and Google Analytics. You will report to our head of Demand Generation and work closely with our entire marketing team and sales operations, to make ETQ's industry and target account focused marketing approach a success

  • The end-to-end successful execution of innovative marketing campaigns
  • Database management and optimization
  • A high quality, fully-optimized lead and contact database
  • Industry and field level segmentation for market penetration
  • A highly-efficient pipeline of lead capture, nurture, scoring, and handoff to sales
  • Day-to-day administration and management of our marketing technology stack
  • Infrastructure / tech stack integration and optimization
  • Create and manage all HubSpot templates, assets, libraries, smart lists, flows, forms, landing pages, and reports
  • Create and manage webinar registration pages, forms, and triggered emails, and ensure proper integration with HubSpot
  • Work with Sales Operations to manage integrations with HubSpot and Salesforce for effective team monitoring
  • Implement campaigns including configuration, system administration, reporting, lead scoring, conversions, analytics, follow-up nurturing, testing methodologies, database management, deployment, and troubleshooting
  • Ensure effective integration and utilization of Google Analytics on the ETQ website and tracking with HubSpot
  • Manage Google Adwords program, collaborating with our content and product marketing
  • Work with our internal team on website development, SEO/PPC/LinkedIn
  • Measurement and reporting of marketing effectiveness
  • Monitor marketing and sales effectiveness in partnership with Sales Operations
  • Analyze marketing performance including building reports and dashboards
  • Measure, monitor, and optimize the revenue funnel from inquiry to MQL to closed opp
  • Support and work collaboratively with marketing team members on demand generation initiatives by managing the execution of email, webcast, nurture campaigns, and other digital programs
  • Propose improvements to Marketing and Sales processes to drive speed and efficiency in systems
  • Troubleshoot issues, work closely with Sales Ops to identify and correct points of failure

What you need to succeed

  • Strong proficiency with system integration principles and experience troubleshooting points of system failure
  • Technical and analytical proficiency
  • Ability to understand business problems; develop technical and systemic solutions to solve
  • Detail-oriented; enjoys working with data, new technology, and using them to solve complex business issues
  • Experience with business process improvement and change management initiatives
  • Strong familiarity with account-based marketing and B2B demand waterfall industry standards
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships and listen to customers (internal and external) and address needs and concerns
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for continuous improvement and self-development
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent work experience
  • HubSpot Certification
  • 3 to 5+ years of marketing operations experience
